What are your standard delivery options for furniture?
We offer White Glove Delivery for large furniture items, which includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials. Smaller decor items are shipped via standard ground couriers.
How can I track the status of my custom order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. For custom upholstery or lead-time items, our concierge team will provide monthly updates via email regarding production and estimated arrival at our distribution center.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Unused home decor in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Furniture items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned.
Do you offer interior design consultations?
Yes, Must Société provides professional design services. You can book a complimentary in-store consultation or a premium in-home visit to help curate the perfect layout and aesthetic for your space.
How do I care for my natural wood or marble surfaces?
We recommend using coasters and placemats to prevent heat damage and staining. Clean surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemical cleaners. Specific care guides are included with every high-end material purchase.
