At Must Société, we want you to love your home. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For large furniture, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup; for smaller decor, you can drop off the package at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
